Page numbers direct the audience where to find different feautures within the magazine.
captions for photos are used for informing the audience of things without having to put it into story form this will always catch the eye of the audience as they will always look at the picture and may not want to read the full story.
title (contents) shows the audience what all of the feautring stories are called, this entises the audience to read them.
the name of the magazine will consist throughout the magazine, even through the contents page.
